- Criminal defense attorney with experience in real courtroom cases
- Former public defender who helped people who could not afford an attorney
- Current senior attorney and college professor
- Leader in her community and successful business owner
- First African American woman to earn an LL.M. in Federal Criminal Law from Mercer University
- Fun Fact: She worked on a high‑profile criminal case in Atlanta involving a famous rapper
