Perseverance-Webinar for rising 9-10 Graders

This is an online academy option for all Crosby Scholars going into the 9th or 10th grade.

Do you have what it takes to keep going when the going gets tough? To be succesful, you have to learn how to stick with something even when you really want to quit. Learn how failure can have positive outcomes and how to develop a growth mindset.

Learning outcomes:

-What does it mean to persevere?
-Defining success
-How do we develop a growth mindet amidst the reality of failure?
-Ways obstacles in life can bring positive outcomes

This is a LIVE webinar with Ms. Montgomery, High School Program Coordinator, at 6:00PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. The webinar will end around 6:45-7PM. After the webinar ends, students will be required to fill out a google form, which will confirm that each student watched the webinar from start to finish.

You must register through your student portal to attend this webinar. Once you are registered through your portal, you will receive a webinar invitation (with the webinar link and instructions) one day prior to the event.
