Be part of a “Scream Team” during the Ranbow Kidz Ride and Run. This is a fun position in which folks hold up fun signs and use noise makers to cheer participants along the route. May 3 - Girls on the Run of the Greater Piedmont 5K
The Girls on the Run of the Greater Piedmont 5K happens in Salisbury, NC, but this is still a great volunteer opportunity for Crosby Scholars. It happens Sat., May 3, 2025 at the Salisbury Community Park. Missing deadlines may result in the loss of program benefits. For example, seniors may not be eligible for certain scholarships. Students might not be recognized (with certificates, for example) at school programs. Finally, late forms may cause the student to lose continuous enrollment in the program.

FYI-You can turn in hours to Crosby Scholars that you have completed for other groups. You do not have to do extra or "special" hours for Crosby Scholars. If you have completed hours for JROTC, Beta Club, Scouts, or other groups, they will most likely count for Crosby Scholars, too! Just be sure to complete our form in CrosbyConnect so that we know you have completed community service!
