DESCRIPTION:This is an online Academy option for all Crosby Scholars  going into the 9th or 10th grade. \nDo you have what it takes to keep going when the going gets tough? To be succesful\, you have to learn how to stick with something even when you really want to quit. Learn how failure can have positive outcomes and how to develop a growth mindset. \nLearning outcomes: \n-What does it mean to persevere?\n-Defining success\n-How do we develop a growth mindet amidst the reality of failure?\n-Ways obstacles in life can bring positive outcomes \nThis is a LIVE webinar with Ms. Montgomery\, High School Program Coordinator\, at 5:45p.m. on Thursday\, June 25\, 2020. The webinar will end around 6:45p.m. After the webinar ends\, students will be required to fill out a google form\, which will confirm that each student watched the webinar from start to finish. \nYou must register for this webinar through the student portal. Once you are registered through your portal\, you will receive a webinar invitation (with the webinar link) three days prior to the event\, which will be the second part of the registration process.
